Who I am

Skin By Olivia is run by Olivia Evans through Skin By Olivia Evans Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17535888). The company is the data controller for any personal information you share with me. You can contact me at skinbyoliviaevans@gmail.com or on 07976 977149.

What this website collects

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it has no forms. It doesn’t collect any personal information about you.

Like most websites, the company that hosts it may keep short-term technical logs (such as IP addresses and browser type) to keep the site secure and working properly.

When you contact me

If you email, call or message me on Instagram, I’ll receive your name, contact details and anything you choose to tell me. I use this only to reply to you and, if you go on to book, to arrange and provide your treatment. My lawful basis is to take steps at your request before providing a service, or my legitimate interest in replying to your enquiry.

Bookings

Online bookings are handled by Fresha. When you book through Fresha, they process your details under their own privacy policy, which you can read on their website.

Any information about your skin or health that you share for a consultation is treated as sensitive. I only collect it with your consent and only use it to make sure your treatment is safe and suitable for you.

How long I keep your information

I keep enquiries only as long as needed to deal with them. If you become a client, I keep your records for as long as I need to for insurance, legal and professional reasons, and then delete them securely.

Sharing your information

I never sell your information. I only share it with service providers who help me run the business (such as email and booking systems), or where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information I hold about you, and ask me to correct it, delete it or stop using it. Just get in touch using the details above and I’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how I’ve handled your information, please talk to me first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
